Loftus Lane Development, Sydney
Development of the AMP Circular Quay Precinct involving the construction of 3 new residential towers over a common basement. The project also consists of two heritage buildings (Gallipoli Memorial Club and Hinchcliff house) refurbishment, along with preservation of the Bennelong Drain to Sydney Water requirements.
Involvement:
Full drafting services for all buildings + 2 heritage building refurbishment
Commercial & Retail
148 King Street, Sydney
High rise residential and office building in the heart of Sydney which offers a panoramic view of the city.
Involvement:
Basement 05 up to Level 25 Mezzanine – Preliminary up to construction stage including shoring, façade framing and roof steel.

Education & Institutional
University of Sydney Admin Building
A new 5-storey facility that pays homage to the heritage of the campus and complements its existing sandstone buildings. Large floor plates allow for open plan spaces to improve productivity and departmental interaction.
Involvement:
From preliminary drawings to construction stage – including bulk earthworks, shoring, post tension works & steel.
Education & Institutional
Regiment Mixed-Use Redevelopment Project
New mixed use developments integrating affordable student housing, community facilities and learning spaces. Housing includes 656 rooms, communal lounges, flexible spaces and kitchen facilities.
Involvement:
All levels – Preliminary to construction stage including shoring and steelworks (Cantilever brick façade steel framing)

Mixed Use Development 1-17
Large scale development consisting of 4 residential towers located to the south of North Ryde train station with twin basements. The site involves delicate excavation adjacent to the railway tunnels.
Involvement:
All levels (East & West Building) – Preliminary to Construction Stage
Including Shoring, Earthworks & Steel Drawings.

This skyscraper was developed for the Queensland Government for a renewed Government Administrative Precinct and to meet its accommodation demands.
Involvement:
Full drafting services for Philippines office and Structural Design services for Brisbane office.
